Berry Garden

A naked sponge piled high with whatever berries looked best this morning.

How we make it

Every Berry Garden is baked to order in small batches, using butter from a local dairy and fruit from the morning market. We frost by hand, so no two cakes are ever exactly alike.

Good to know

Order at least five days ahead. Keep it in the fridge and take it out an hour before serving, so the cream is soft and the sponge is at its best.
