Vanilla sponge, fresh strawberries and a cloud of whipped cream.
How we make it
Every Strawberry Cloud is baked to order in small batches, using butter from a local dairy and fruit from the morning market. We frost by hand, so no two cakes are ever exactly alike.
Good to know
Order at least five days ahead. Keep it in the fridge and take it out an hour before serving, so the cream is soft and the sponge is at its best.
